Another airlines company is stretching wings towards Cyprus. From Apri the 30th Russian Pobeda will fly on a daily basis to Larnaca. Flights towards the Pafos airport will also begin from May the 29th, twice a week.
The first tickets have already been sold at the price of 999 rubles, which is approximately €13 euros! With this move, even more Russian tourists are expected to visit Cyprus this year, a year that already records a 23.9% rise in tourist arrivals for January-Feburary 2016, compared with the respective months of 2015.
The airlines already fly to ten international destinations in Italy, Slovakia and Germany.
Pobeda is part of the Aeroflot team and is a low-cost flights provider. Its fleet is comprised of contemporary 737-800 Boeing NG. Until 2018 the fleet will be expanded to include around 40 aircrafts to carry up to 10 million passengers each year, flying towards 45 national and international destinations.
