Time to buy property in CyprusAccording to Russian ideas, this is a two-room apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen). A comparable "kopeck piece" of 60-65 "squares" in the "castle", for example, in Mytishchi - costs at least 6 million rubles. It would seem three times cheaper. But this is a huge multi-storey human anthill, which does not subside either day or night. At the same time, it takes a quarter of an hour to get to the nearest metro station by bus. Real estate in Cyprus - prices in comparison with Moscow
It is really incorrect to compare Cyprus resort prices with the Moscow region. If you can compete, then with Russian resorts or even with the capitals. The cost of apartments with an area of 60 sq. m on the first coastline in Sochi (about half a kilometer to the sea) starts at about 7 million rubles, which is comparable to the Moscow region, although the quality of Sochi new buildings is unlikely to be compared with our high-quality projects.
