As the name of the project clearly suggest the building effortlessly expresses the designers approach and views towards the modern Mediterranean architecture.
The Mediterranean sea has always been the birthplace of modern ideas and this building regardless it’s high tech appearance is a follower of the above tradition.
The main leisure is of course the glass Sail appropriately located only a few meters from the shoreline.
Basically the concept of the composition is to merge and translate tradition and location into a modern architectural vocabulary.
