YOO LIMASSOL inspired by Starck is a luxury project that will encompass a ‘city within a city,’ featuring a series of freehold beachfront branded residences, as well as a plethora of amenities to ensure a rich and varied lifestyle for its residents. It is the island’s first of its kind, high-end branded residential project of the world-famous French designer Philippe Starck.
The European Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized award body throughout the regions. They are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts and the judging criteria include design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The awards are in their 29th year and cover over 50 different residential and commercial categories. The top winners in each region will automatically be entered into the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony at the end of the year.
