The dynamic presence of Property Gallery in the 2nd AMLAK EXPO exhibition, along with its many internationally awarded developments of completed and new projects, has managed to draw the attention of large real estate agents, big investors and new buyers.
The Director of Property Gallery, Mrs. Lyra Amvrosidou, in an interview with the well-respected local Iranian publication “Asia Economic News”, stated that: “We are making a great effort to promote not only our company, but also Cyprus as an investment destination with some great opportunities, both in terms of investments and in terms of new government approach and legal regulations towards investors in Cyprus, such as the Citizenship by Investment programme, the Permanent residency laws & fast track mechanism policy for strategic investment, our favorable Tax regime and series of double Taxation treaties, to name a few”.
