Property Gallery’s new landmark development, AURA, has received two European Property Awards 2026–2027, in the categories of Residential High Rise Development Cyprus and Residential High Rise Architecture Cyprus.

Designed in collaboration with Foster + Partners, AURA is set to become the tallest building in Cyprus and across the wider Mediterranean, creating a new landmark on Limassol’s waterfront. The development will combine luxury residences with an extensive range of services and amenities, bringing together contemporary architecture, wellbeing and an integrated approach to waterfront living.

The awards come at an important stage for AURA, as Property Gallery is currently preparing the site ahead of construction, which is expected to commence in 2027.

The European Property Awards celebrate excellence across the property and real estate industry, with entries evaluated by an independent panel of industry professionals.

The official European Property Awards presentation will take place on 22 October 2026 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
