YOO Limassol, the first luxury branded seafront residential
project on the island of Aphrodite, inspired by the world-renowned French
designer Philippe Starck, has entered its second phase of construction. It is
being developed by Property Gallery and Sarels EPCM Ltd and is a landmark

Construction is now progressing at an exceptionally fast pace, and each month YOO Limassol is transforming.Buildings G, F, and all Phase A infrastructure are expected to be completed by September 2026, followed by buildings C, E, and B during 2027. All residential buildings—along with the first 40 seafront villas—will be delivered by early 2028. Upon completion, the overall masterplan will include seven residential buildings with 80 luxury apartments and 80 unique villas, offering an unparalleled refined lifestyle with outstanding investment prospects.
