Lyra Amvrosidou discusses innovation in development at IPAX London
On 22 October 2026, Property Gallery CEO and Co-Founder Lyra Amvrosidou joined the Designing the Future panel at IPAX Europe & Africa, held at Royal Lancaster London. The discussion on innovation, opportunity and risk in architecture and interior design was held within the International Property Awards ceremony (IPA).
Lyra’s contribution focused on the practical value of innovation: how ambitious architectural ideas become developments that improve everyday life and remain relevant over time.
Talking about AURA, developed in collaboration with Foster + Partners and envisioned as the tallest building in the Mediterranean region, she explored the connections between architecture, engineering, interiors and long-term operation. Early collaboration between specialists helps identify risks, resolve challenges and preserve the quality of the original vision.
She also highlighted Property Gallery’s approach of looking beyond the building, considering infrastructure, greenery, services and each development’s contribution to the wider city. Comfort, privacy, natural light and adaptable spaces provide meaningful direction for innovation.
Discussing branding, Lyra emphasised that a brand should make a tangible contribution to design, quality and the experience of living in a development. Its promise must be delivered consistently over time.
These principles reflect Property Gallery’s approach to development: combining distinctive architecture and international expertise with close attention to the people who will live in the places it creates.
